What if I have an injury?

No problem!  I can help you work around any injury, literally anything.  The beauty of CrossFit is there are so many movements to choose from or sub for other movements, so anyone can get a great workout!

What if I have never worked out before?

No problem!  CrossFit is scalable for any level, age, size, or athletic background.  The Workout of the Day is simply an outline to follow.  The experienced, knowledge coaches here at Silver Bull can help you scale up or down any movement to suite your needs the best.  This means anybody can get a great workout in the same class!

I do not like mean trainers yelling at me.

I don’t think many people do.  The trainers here are encouraging, and will help you push to the best of your ability.  They will also ensure you do it safely, with great technique!

What if I can't do a pullup or push-up?

That’s ok!  I can help you achieve these movements.  Scaled options of both of these movements will help you, and we will build your strength to obtain both of these movements!

I don't want to get big and bulky.

I can assure you CrossFit Silver Bull will not make you big and bulky.  Steroids make you big and bulky.  Having a well-rounded workout offered everyday will help you add strength, lean out, and feel better then you have ever felt.  You will be doing lots of different movements to help with your coordination, speed, agility, endurance, etc.  None of which will make you bulky, but be ready to shed a few pounds and feel amazing!
