You might have heard this word a million times, or maybe never.  This word can mean so many things to different people.  For some it could be a way or life, others a hobby, to most a great way to get fit and have fun.  Here at Silver Bull you will not find rows or weight machines and treadmills.  Instead you will see pull-up bars, kettlebells, barbells, and a large open room in which you can use your body for things like jumping, climbing, running, walking, getting on the floor then getting up again.
CrossFit is the art of getting fit using functional movement that would carry over into your every day life. This ensures that you can live your life to the fullest capacity. Maybe you want to train for a marathon, or want to be able to get on the ground and up again in your garden, or maybe you just want a great, fun workout to stay in shape, here at CrossFit Silver Bull we can cater to your fitness needs and goals.

These are the basic parts of CrossFit; constantly varied, functional fitness executed at high intensity. So what does this mean?

Constantly varied basically means you will not be bored in our gym.  Each day will be a new adventure, with a good workout, you will be instructed and lead through a different style workout each day.  The stellar team here at Silver Bull will be sure all movements are performed correctly and safely to ensure you get the maximum potential out of each workout.

Functional Fitness

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

 I touched on this previously.  Functional fitness means you will be doing movements that carry over into your everyday life, such as pulling, pushing, jumping, climbing, squatting, running, etc. We specialize in common movements that you perform in your daily tasks, and you will never get bored!  To add to the excitement, sometimes we will want you to do these movements in certain time domain, meaning we will time you.  This will create that high intensity portion, in other words, increase your heart rate!  This is where the magic happens, this high intensity portion helps build your endurance, stamina, agility, speed, etc.
